  11. If children are allowed to visit their friend’s home after class hours, the parents should give them written permission. This would remove so much inconvenience to the school authorities as well as to parents. Parents should be thoroughly aware of their child’s whereabouts, friends and the company they keep.
  12. We expect the parents and guardians to take constant interest in the progress of their children and co-operate with the school in their development. To ensure steady progress, parents are asked to see that children attend classes regularly and that they return to school promptly when the school reopens after holidays. Vacancies will not be kept for late comers, unless a written application has been sent, in the beginning of the session.
  13. It is very much appreciated when parents respond readily to the invitation sent to attend the parents-teachers meeting and other school events. It is only with the co-operation of the parents that the school can promote the all round development of students.
  14. Any communication (request, complaint and suggestion) made by the parents to the school should be addressed to the principal. The matter should be clearly stated and signed.
  15. Woolen coats, cardigans, tiffin boxes, bags and books must bear the name of the owner.
  16. Parents must strictly develop healthy habits and make a routine for their children, in which there are fixed hours for all activities – studies, games, hobbies, rest, etc. children should not be encouraged to watch T.V. for more than half an hour or an hour a day. Similarly, video games should not be encouraged.
  17. Parents should have friendly trusting relationship with their children and encourage them to speak about their concerns and problems.
  18. Parents should respect the views of their children even if they do not agree with them. Children should be given freedom to disagree.

  20. For list of holidays and important school events kindly see the school calendar on the school website and mobile app. There can be additions in the list of school events in order to enhance exposure to the outside world and inculcate in them high ideals, rationality and feeling of humanity, equality and brotherhood apart from various activities which will help them to develop their potentialities and open career pathways for them.
